Located on a maple farm on the shores of the St. Lawrence River, Sucrerie Blouin promises you'll have a sweet time in an authentic setting! The all-you-can-eat, homemade meal is served directly at your table from fresh and local ingredients, in true sugar shack spirit. The maple trees are tapped using a bucket and the sap is boiled the old-fashioned way over a wood-burning fire.
