Covering about 150 km2 (58 square miles), Parc régional de la Forêt Ouareau offers a huge selection of outdoor activities. A group of mountains harbours a network of multipurpose trails over 120 km (75 miles) with huts, a cross-country ski and snowshoe centre and rustic campsites.
