Parc national des Îles-de-Boucherville

A short distance from the City of Montréal, Parc national des Îles-de-Boucherville is an extraordinary venue of natural and cultural wealth and a must-see to discover in the summertime! The picturesque charm of the islands, the myriad of wild flowers and bushes, trees in full bloom, the proximity of the St. Lawrence River and a profusion of birds all come together to charm strollers. For a complete experience in natural surroundings at the heart of an urban fauna, enjoy the campground with its 50 non-serviced sites and 25 ready-to-camp Huttopia tents. The campground can be accessed on foot or by bike on a trail along the St. Lawrence River or in small watercraft. Hikers, bikers and canoers convene at the park to enjoy fresh air. Others opt for an incursion and set out to discover First Nations who inhabited the park islands. Come winter, Sainte-Marguerite Island offers the thrills of white landscapes to skiers, snowshoers and “fat bike” enthusiasts.
